Ben Baginsky
Ben is an organisational consultant dedicated to empowering all those he works with to thrive – act intentionally, solve tough problems, and enable others to do the same. He uses his deep knowledge of how people behave and learn, in combination with his facilitation skills, personality and passion for innovation, to bring out the best in individuals, teams and organisations.
Throughout his career, Ben has driven organisational growth in different capacities in the public, charity, and business sectors – in Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Most recently, Ben led on learning and development in a fintech start-up. For several years he headed a global centre for leadership development. He has also run his own organisational consultancy practice serving multiple global organisations to achieve ambitious development goals. In addition, he has worked as a Social Worker.

Demola Soremekun
Demola is an organisational development (OD) practitioner with a proven track record of designing, managing, and leading complex change programmes across various sectors. His career began in higher education as a lecturer, where he honed his skills in knowledge transfer before transitioning to OD in the early 2000s. Since then, he has made significant contributions across the civil service in Westminster and beyond.
More recently, he has been working as an Independent Consultant in the NHS, International Development Research as well as supporting emerging communities of practice.

Demola Soremekun
Matt works across organisations, from the frontline to the boardroom, to make change and improvement possible. He brings clarity, pragmatism and empathy to his work, believing that these are the foundations for building trust and creating buy-in.
Matt has deep experience of coaching and consulting with clients that seek to be more innovative, agile & resilient, or where there is a lag between cultural norms and future ambitions. Much of his work is about creating the conditions and the tools for better empowerment and collaboration in complex, matrixed environments.
He draws on 30 years of experience of working with global and local organisations in a variety of modes: as a corporate manager, consultant, agency founder and technology entrepreneur. His experience across these contexts helps him approach client challenges in a way that is both commercial and human-centred.
