About our venue

Our UK Head Office is a purpose-built dedicated training, events and conference venue which is set in 40 acres of rural Sussex Countryside just twenty minutes from London Gatwick Airport. Access to fast trains from London and the rest of Sussex and the South Coast are easy with train stations located in nearby Horsham, Three Bridges and Gatwick Airport.

Training and Meeting Rooms

We have 22 high standard training and meeting rooms for 8 to 120 people for any event need. All meeting rooms have natural daylight, many with direct access to our grounds and air-conditioned, and include free Wi-Fi.

A great Roffey Park Experience

Step away and unwind from a day at work and enjoy what else Roffey Park has to offer. This includes a gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Keep in touch with nature and take a moment to stroll through St Leonards Forest and appreciate the natural wildlife on show. We have many species of trees that stand proud within our grounds that include Oak, Silver birch, Willow and Liquidambar. If you are lucky you might just spot some wild Deer, Rabbits and Skylarks in their natural habitat.

From private dinners and lunches to weddings and family celebrations, we make sure you are catered for. Enjoy our highly regarded restaurant or if you would prefer something more personal, our team of in-house chefs will create the perfect menu and our event planners will work with you from start to finish.

Roffey Park Institute is a centre of expertise in organisational development and a pioneer of action learning for over 75 years. For the last thirty years, our MSc in People and Organisational Development has been at the forefront of developing the practice and field of OD which enables people and organisations to thrive. Our 2024 OD Conference will take place on 24-25 October at Roffey Park Institute and we’re finalising the details of an exciting programme which includes:
