Exploring change through the lens of complexity, social construction and interdependence. Developing the ability to work with uncertainty, emergence and multiple perspectives rather than relying on linear solutions.
Going Deeper with Self, Role and Impact
Deepening awareness of your inner ‘wiring’, biases and patterns of response. Working with immunity to change and personal leadership to increase your effectiveness as a system actor.
Designing System-Wide Interventions
Strengthening your ability to craft and lead large-scale, adaptive interventions. Drawing on advanced OD, ODes and strategic HR practices to design change that is sustainable and ethically grounded.
Working at Personal, Interpersonal and Systemic Levels
Developing the capacity to move fluently between self, relationships, organisations and wider systems. Practising how to intervene with intention across multiple levels of complexity.
