In 2022, Arlene was appointed as Roffey Park’s Chief Executive Officer.

With experience of multi-site and international operations in both the private and public sectors, Kerry is a strategic, commercially orientated and outcome driven senior People & Organisational Development leader. 

With extensive experience in public sector reform and international development, George enjoys supporting leaders of all levels to develop and implement their strategic visions. 

An expert in all facets of law within a high-profile corporation, Sheetal has experience in growing business through knowledge in general management, leadership, business development, legal support and strategic planning capabilities. 

Being at Roffey Park for nearly 20 years, Jenny has been the PA to a number of different Chief Executives. She is also an experienced and highly qualified HR Administrator. 

With over 15 years industry experience in leading client support services, Mark is experienced in mapping client needs and overseeing the process that enables participants to experience a seamless service. In 2023, Mark was appointed as Head of Operations (UK). 

With over 15 years of experience in Project, Business and Bid Management, Lisa is highly qualified to support personal and organisational development to empower, thrive and grow clients. 

Alex is a highly experienced Head of Sales with 15 years of experience in sales, management, product development, relationship management, strategic planning, business development and service delivery. 

Emma’s extensive transformation and change leadership experience as an internal and external consultant spans various sectors. The golden thread throughout her varied career and entrepreneurial journey is transforming workplaces for the better.

With many years of classroom teaching experience that eventually developed into instructional design, Leigh is passionate and driven to learn how best to utilise technology with a desire is to show how it can completely transform learning and create a push to move away from substitution. 

Jan has over 30 years of experience in higher education in the UK, lecturing in universities across the country. In 2022, Jan was appointed Head of Research, Thought Leadership and Academic Delivery at Roffey Park. 

Since joining Roffey Park through a placement programme that soon evolved into the organisations first apprenticeship in IT, Steve never looked back. Steve has impressive and detailed technical knowledge of several types of business IT infrastructure and services and provides impeccable customer service to clients at all levels.
