Sustainability is every leader responsibility. The impact of climate change and the social increase scrutiny requires every leader to lead with greater awareness to mitigate and adapt to rapid change. Net-Zero goals are only achieved through good sustainable leadership.

This is a unique programme based on Roffey Park Sustainable Leadership model that develops leadership awareness and equips you with the knowledge and tools to lead your organisation in creating a more sustainable culture.

Course Outline

  • This is a two day residential programme or a four half-day virtual course.
  • Day one focuses on the climate crisis and uses case studies and group work to work out mitigations in responding to risk
  • Day Two focuses on adaptive leadership and leading Organisational change from a sustainability perspective
  • The programme is engaging with the focus on practical application of the learning
