This programme immerses participants in the most cutting-edge practices of OD and strategic HR. Designed for those working at senior and strategic levels within organisations, the programme builds capability in internal and external consulting, advanced exploration of self and systems, sustainable workforce development, and enabling leadership impact at senior executive and board levels.

Going Deeper with Self, Role and Impact

Designing System-Wide Interventions

This programme combines the best of virtual and face-to-face learning to create a flexible and impactful development experience. You’ll begin with virtual sessions that introduce key concepts and frameworks, allowing you to reflect on your leadership context from your own workspace.
These are followed by immersive residential modules at the venue, where you’ll engage in deeper practice, peer learning and collaborative problem-solving. This blended approach enables you to build knowledge progressively, apply insights between sessions, and benefit from both the convenience of online learning and the richness of in-person connection.
Your residential experience: Your face-to-face modules begin the evening before with dinner, giving you time to connect with fellow participants. Check-in is available from 2pm, so you can work from the venue or enjoy the leisure facilities. The bar opens at 6pm and dinner is served at 7:30pm. All accommodation, meals and materials are included in the programme fees.
