How leaders are redesigning organisations to stay effective, adaptable, and future-ready in an era of accelerating change and agentic AI

Transformation ambition is rarely the problem. What gets in the way is the underlying design – the structures, roles, decision rights, and investment priorities that either enable change to land or quietly work against it.

Today’s organisations are being asked to do something increasingly difficult: perform and transform at the same time. Leaders must continue delivering results in the present while adapting their organisations for what’s next — against a backdrop of shifting workforce expectations, evolving operating models, and rapidly advancing technologies such as agentic AI.

Structures built for stability are being tested by speed. Roles defined for clarity are blurring under new tools and working models. Investment decisions made 18 months ago may no longer point in the right direction.

In this complimentary executive exchange, Roffey Park brings together two experienced OD practitioners for a frank, facilitated conversation about what it takes to perform and transform at the same time – and what leaders need to address first.

This is not a presentation. It is a discussion-led session shaped around the questions senior HR and People leaders are actually sitting with – and a space to think through them with peers.

What we’ll explore:

  • How organisations are redesigning structures and roles to stay effective as agentic AI scales
  • The investment and design decisions leaders are navigating – and what is being deprioritised
  • How to build the internal conditions for organisations that can perform and adapt at the same time
  • What future-ready design looks like in practice, not just in theory

Who this is for:

Senior HR and People leaders at Director level and above, across European and international organisations. Whether you are managing an active transformation or trying to build the capability for what comes next, this session is built around real operating challenges.

Format:

60 minutes. Facilitated panel discussion between two practitioners, with audience input introduced midway and a live Q&A to close. The first in an ongoing series.
