Join us for an insightful discussion
Most organisations aren’t short of AI tools. They’re short of a plan. Teams experiment, pilot, stall, and start again. Confidence dips, momentum stops, and leaders are left wondering why adoption hasn’t taken hold despite all the activity.
The real gap isn’t technology. It’s human capability: the skills, confidence, mindset and leadership needed to make AI adoption stick. Without that, organisations stay stuck in a cycle of trial and error, moving fast without moving forward.
In this session, Julia Remih Zumbusch joins us to explore what it actually takes to close that gap, and what leaders need to put in place to move from experimentation to sustainable, purposeful AI adoption.
Join us to explore:
- Why experimenting without clear direction wastes time and stalls progress
- Building the workforce confidence, capability and skills AI adoption depends on
- The role of leaders in setting ambition, priorities and boundaries
- Why AI outputs need challenging, not just accepting, and how to build that critical thinking
- Finding the right balance between AI and human judgement
This isn’t a traditional AI webinar. It sits at the intersection of AI capability, leadership, culture, organisational development and critical thinking, and it’s built for people responsible for making adoption stick, not just switching tools on.
Who it’s for:
Senior leaders across HR, L&D, OD, transformation and business leadership.
What you’ll leave with:
A clearer picture of where your organisation is stalling, and a practical view of what needs to change in your people, leadership and culture to move past it.
