Join us for an insightful discussion on the perspectives on Female Leadership.

From boardrooms in Singapore to startups in Nairobi, women are redefining leadership and organisational culture across the globe. In this one hour, expert-led Navigator webinar, we discuss the realities facing female leaders today. Despite equal ambition, women continue to encounter micro-aggressions, bias, and non-inclusive behaviours that can undermine their authority and limit progression. The session will highlight the importance of organisational culture, leadership accountability, and practical strategies such as tackling unconscious bias, building strong networks, and supporting inclusive practices that enable women to thrive and lead.

We’ll share actionable tools to help you create environments where female leaders can flourish. Whether you’re driving strategy, culture, or change, you’ll leave with a concise playbook and renewed inspiration to champion female leadership, build resilience, and unlock the full potential of diverse talent in your organisation.
