An enhanced learner experience

Technology was once used to facilitate the virtual delivery of our open programmes. Now, technology is used to enhance your learning journey. Through our progressive learning experience programme, MyRoffeyPark, learners have access to the tools, module materials and support whenever and wherever they require – including prework, mindtools and a platform to connect with their peers as well as their facilitators.

Our approach to digital learning incorporates 5 key elements:

  1. Collaboration – Programmes are designed to generate collaboration, discussion and co-creation of action and practice
  2. Research – Learning is underpinned by our research, expertise, and experience over 75 years
  3. Learner-centred – Your learning is driven by your needs and context
  4. Action-orientated – We use our digital technology to provide an environment where participants can practice the theory that they have learnt
  5. Your peers – Our dialogic learning process allows learners to learn alongside their peers, enabling themselves as the educators as well as the educated

MyRoffeyPark

MyRoffeyPark is our new learning experience platform. It is an interactive online space that gives us the ability to create and facilitate transformative learning journeys that are collaborative and cross-organisational.

MyRoffeyPark can tailor training and learning to align with your organisation’s unique needs and objectives as we are able to customise the content so that the learning experience is effective and relevant. Using MyRoffeyPark, we can facilitate knowledge sharing and a community where participants can contribute, discuss and learn from one another.

MyRoffeyPark utilises real-time analytics that help organisations make data-driven decisions. Through this, we can monitor engagement, progress and development to maximise the impact of the learning initiatives.
