Payment of Fees

Invoices will be issued before the start of the programme.

Unless an individual payment plan has been agreed, the total fee is payable prior to the beginning of the programme. If on an individual payment plan, students must be up to date with their agreed payment schedule for marks to be considered by an exam board. Students are solely responsible for ensuring the payment of fees by the due date. Where payments are not maintained, the student may be withdrawn from the programme.

In the event of cancellation or withdrawal, the following refund policy will come into effect:

Cancel before the start of the programme	100% refund of full fee
Cancel within 4 weeks of the start of the programme	80% refund of full fee
Cancel before/at the PG Cert 60 credit point	40% refund of full fee
Cancel before/at 90 credit point	25% refund of full fee
Cancel before/at the PG Dip 120 credit point	10% refund of full fee
Cancel after the PG Dip 120 credit point	no refund available
