For Chief People Officers, CHROs and HR Directors responsible for workforce strategy across their organisation. Places are limited.
The pace of change is accelerating, but many organisations are still planning, recruiting and developing talent for a world of work that no longer exists.
Join a small group of CPOs, CHROs and HR Directors to explore how leading organisations are preparing their workforce, leaders and talent strategies for a future shaped by AI, changing skills needs and shifting business demands.
Hosted by Emma du Parcq, Head of Consulting, Research and Thought Leadership at Roffey Park, and Natalie Saunders, founder of Morpho Advisory and Roffey Park Associate, this invitation-only forum combines fresh insight from our research and client work with candid discussion under Chatham House Rule, amongst peers facing similar challenges.
You’ll leave with:
- a clearer view of where roles and skills in your organisation are likely to shift, and what that means for workforce planning
- practical ways to build adaptiveness into how you recruit and develop people
- an insight into how leaders in other sectors are tackling the same problems
- senior HR peers you can keep the conversation going with afterwards
Join us at The Belfry, Birmingham
This event will take place on 19 November at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, near Birmingham, Midlands
