You don’t need another programme.
You need space to think.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

Set in the Scottish Highlands, this is a multiday walkshop where walking, landscape and conversation come together to support deeper thinking.

Journeying through natural environments away from the noise, the expectations and the constant demand for answers, you’ll create the space to step back, challenge your assumptions and work out what really matters.

Away from the everyday, you’ll work alongside a small group of peers to
explore the questions that don’t get time or attention in day to day leadership:

  • What really matters now?
  • Where am I leading from and towards?
  • What needs to change and what needs to stay?

This is not a programme built around content. It’s built around you, your context and the realities you’re navigating.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

No classrooms. No slides. No standard curriculum.

Instead, you can expect:

  • A co-created experience shaped around what matters most
  • Real conversations, not case studies
  • A pace that allows proper reflection, for meaningful insight
  • A focus on sense-making, not knowledge accumulation

You won’t be given answers. You will be given the space to do the work you need to.

First cohort planned for September 2026

Who is this course for?

This is for experienced senior leaders and managers with significant influence who are:

  • Defining their legacy – What do I want my impact to be?
  • Realising ambitions – How do I achieve what really matters?
  • Considering their next phase of life and career

Including those who are:

  • Moving from founder to next chapter
  • Exploring non-executive or portfolio careers
  • Stepping into broader or more complex roles

Or simply recognising the way you’ve led so far won’t be enough for what comes next.

Benefits

Expect this to be:

  • Engaging – grounded, relevant conversations with experienced peers
  • Demanding – requiring honesty and full participation
  • At times unsettling – because real clarity challenges assumptions
  • Clarifying – helping you define what comes next and how to act on it

This is not a retreat. It’s a working space for serious leadership thinking.

  • A clearer sense of direction for your next phase
  • Decisions you’re ready to act on
  • Greater confidence in navigating complexity and uncertainty
  • A peer network that continues beyond the experience

The Experience

At the core is a multi-day walkshop in the Scottish Highlands involving:

  • Peer consulting and challenge
A trusted space to test thinking, supported by facilitation and coaching
  • Co-created focus
Working on what matters most to you and the group, in real time
  • Individual exploration
Developing awareness of presence, influence and leadership sustainability
  • Navigating complexity with a systemic approach
Working with organisational dynamics and uncertainty

Rather than accumulating more knowledge, the focus is on deepening understanding and turning that into meaningful action.

The Journey

WHY THIS MATTERS NOW

Senior leaders are navigating increasing complexity:

  • Rapidly shifting geopolitics
  • Evolving societal expectations
  • Emerging technologies
  • Pressing ecological and social sustainability realities

You are expected to provide direction and reassurance,
often without certainty.

These challenges aren’t going away.

But the time required for deeper sense-making and discernment is increasingly hard to find.

This experience creates the conditions to do that work, properly.

WHAT STAYS WITH YOU

This is not a one-off experience.

You become part of the Roffey Park leadership community, maintaining connections with peers who continue to support and think alongside you.

The impact is designed to last well beyond the time in the Highlands.
