
Overview
The Leadership Essentials course provides new managers with the foundation to become great leaders by learning and developing a well-rounded and practical leadership skillset. This course prepares participants for their own context; learners leave armed and equipped with a toolbox of personal and interpersonal skills and processes ready to respond to the rapidly evolving world of work.
Case Study: Sussex Health and Care
In collaboration with Sussex Health and Care, Roffey Park Institute designed a suite of leadership programmes to build essential leadership behaviours, resilience and inclusive practices across all levels of NHS partnerships. With a focus on compassionate leadership and sustainable change, the programmes—delivered flexibly to suit a demanding healthcare environment—achieved a 99.8% recommendation rate and measurable improvements in communication, confidence, and team cohesion.
