Overview
Successful organisations need leaders with a clear sense of purpose who can create the conditions where people do their best work. Leadership is tested every day in the balancing of implementing strategy and delivering operational goals. It is a place where you feel stretched by competing demands.
On the Advanced Leadership Practice Course participants will consider what it takes to navigate these competing demands while maintaining a culture of high performance on their teams.
They will consider what it means to lead change from a people-centred perspective and how taking a systems view can increase the success rate of their interventions.
Running throughout the programme is a project, where participants will apply their learning to a complex challenge their organisation is facing.
