Leading Intercultural Virtual Teams Executive Summary

We are living in an increasingly virtual and intercultural world. But are leaders ready? With globalisation, the rapidly changing economic times and the complexity of work in general, it is common to find teams scattered across different countries. Companies are increasingly tapping on all parts of the globe for talent in order to cut down on costs and travelling; outsourcing of work is also on the rise.

This is an executive summary of the main paper, in which we took a look at the cultural and virtual challenges facing these teams and some of the possible solutions, as well as the role that leaders can and should play.
