Clear Leadership is a collaborative leadership programme that is based on the globally renowned work of Dr Gervase Bushe. This programme provides a powerful set of skills that empowers leaders to think and behave collaboratively. This course will transform your leadership, emotional intelligence, self-reflection, and communication skills. It will provide you with the possibility to achieve relational mastery. Participants are offered a well-integrated set of skills to make them more effective leaders. This course is also for those who are ready to challenge themselves and make a developmental leap to the next level of their growth. No other leadership course offers the opportunity for such a large step in vertical development in such a short period of time.  

Clear Leadership will allow you to show up differently at work and in your personal life. This by giving you a new, unique perspective. This includes the underlying social and psychological processes that keep you trapped in unsatisfying and unproductive relationships.

Course Outline

Clear Leadership is delivered Face-to-Face over 4 days.

The programme comprises of two modules, with a month between each.

In-between modules returning to your workplace to apply your learning.

Returning for the second module, the group will prepare to leave the course ready to work on improving their partnerships and be more effective leaders.

Fees

Face-to-Face

Your face-to-face experience starts the evening before your programme as you join your fellow participants for dinner so you can get to know each other. Check-in is available from 2pm, providing you with the option to either work from our venue or take advantage of our leisure facilities. Our bar opens at 6pm and dinner is served in the restaurant at 7.30pm. Accommodation, meals and materials are all included in the fees.

We can also deliver Developing Influence and Impact as either an in-house programme for teams or as part of a wider, tailored development programme. For more information please contact us.

Technology was once used to facilitate the virtual delivery of our open programmes. Now, technology is used to enhance your learning journey. Through our progressive learning experience programme, MyRoffeyPark, learners have access to the tools, module materials and support whenever and wherever they require – including prework, mindtools and a platform to connect with their peers as well as their facilitators.
