Leatham Green
Transformation Director: Public Service UK&I, Oracle
Leatham joined Oracle in 2021 having enjoyed a successful career in public service that spans over 30 years with roles as Programme Director: Orbis (shared service between East Sussex, Surrey and Brighton and Hove City Council) HR Director, East Sussex County Council, Surrey County Council and Head of Contracts at Kent County Council.
Leatham also ran his award-winning agency ‘The Mindful HR Centre’ and was Executive Director of the Public Service People Management Association and a PPMA National Policy Board member for over 20 years. Leatham created and facilitates PPMA’s award winning talent development programmes which has now supported over 350 aspiring public sector leaders.
Leatham has received numerous awards for his work in the field of business transformation including HRO’s HR International Influencer; HRO’s European HRD; PPMA HRD and The Guardian’s Public Servant Award for Innovation in HR 7 OD.

Jeff SY Ong
Executive Coach, Organisational Development Specialist and Leadership Mentor
Jeffrey SY Ong is a highly experienced executive coach, organisational development expert, and leadership mentor with over 35 years of experience in business transformation and leadership development. An EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner, he works with advisory boards, executives, and organisations to drive change through sustainable workforce capabilities, resonant leadership, and a compassion-focused coaching approach.
Jeffrey’s career spans leadership roles in the Republic of Singapore Air Force, Motorola, Singapore Tourism Board, Nokia, British Telecom, and United Overseas Bank. He has led business transformation programmes, shaped cultural change initiatives, and developed leadership competency models for global organisations. His expertise includes executive coaching, leadership transitions, career development, and team performance improvement.
He has played a key role in strategic initiatives, including Singapore’s Public Service Division’s Whole-of-Government service transformation and the Ministry of Manpower’s HR Strategic Manpower Plan. Jeffrey has coached leaders across Asia and the UK, from CEOs and C-suite executives to senior public service officials and high-potential talent.

Karen Ward
Systemic Practitioner
Karen is the founding Director of The Aditi Collection Ltd, a network of organisational practitioners working at the intersection of academia and practice. With a career spanning over 35 years, she has contributed across the commercial and public sectors, as well as academic and political arenas, both in the UK and internationally. Her professional journey reflects a rare blend of practical leadership and strategic insight across complex systems.
She has worked both as a senior leader within organisations and as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives. This breadth of experience enables her to operate as a highly effective systemic practitioner – someone who helps organisations move beyond foresight to generate insight and take meaningful action. A strategist and behavioural scientist, Karen is particularly valued for her ability to help clients unlock their emerging potential and build sustainable strategic capability.
In recent years, Karen has led major transformation initiatives in the higher education and healthcare sectors. Prior to that, she was a Senior Civil Servant focused on developing strategic change capability in the UK public sector. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles in global pharmaceutical and financial services firms, having begun her career with PA Consulting. She has lived and worked in Nigeria, the USA, Germany, and the UK.

Shelly Hossain
Director – Global Learning Consultancy
With over 30 years’ experience in the OD space, Shelly applies a systems lens—drawing on her earlier work as an urban planner—to help organisations and leaders deepen equity, belonging and systemic change.
She has held roles in senior leadership in local government before transitioning fully to OD and education. Over time, Shelly shifted her practice to focus more on teaching and mentoring emerging OD practitioners alongside her consulting work. She is a longstanding associate of Roffey Park, having served on faculty for their MBA, MSc in People & OD, and OD Practitioner Certificate programmes.
Shelly is Co-Dean of the NTL OD Certificate Programme and a founding member of ODN Europe (having also served as Co-Chair). She has received five national awards for her work in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Her passion lies at the intersection of OD and social justice: she is deeply interested in how social identities surface in organizations, and how conscious use of self can contribute to more equitable systems.
