Organisations are rapidly evolving to compete successfully in a changing world. Challenges vary including fragile economic growth, a polarised labour market, increasingly diverse workforce and a growing number of people in low skilled, low paid, insecure roles.

For organisations to be successful, people functions will need to be agile, business savvy, collaborative and skilled at enabling people to fulfil the organisation’s purpose. This requires re-imagining HR’s value proposition and its role towards individuals and the whole system.

Our HR Leaders Programme is aimed at senior HR professionals who relish and may be already addressing these and other strategic challenges. The programme is deliberately agile, with content chosen by participants. It may include ‘classic’ topics such as culture change, employee engagement, talent management, as well as ‘hot topics’ such as physical and psychological wellbeing, talent and the generations, the demise of conventional performance management, ethical leadership, digital HR, and the implications of Brexit.

The programme is also highly practical, involving ‘real-play’ at influencing senior stakeholders about your strategic responses to these topics. Throughout the programme you will be supported and challenged by your experienced facilitators and fellow participants to apply your learning to your own HR leadership and your organisation.

Our HR Leaders Programme consists of a two day module plus two one day follow ups.

Why should you attend this programme?

  • Turn HR thought leadership into practice in your organisation.
  • Be equipped to develop your HR strategy so that it meets the changing nature of the workplace
  • Enhance your capability to lead change in your HR function and organisation
  • Improve your strategic consulting skills with senior stakeholders
  • Grow your network of senior HR professionals

I gained the affirmation that the process and content of our people strategy is on the right tracks – increasing myself-confidence in this area of my role.

Mary McCrea, Head of HR – Friends Provident

The programme was invaluable for my personal and professional development, and the tutor has enabled me to build on our people strategy and add further value to the business. The tailored content is well thought through, and the four day programme is interactive, challenging and thought provoking.  A must for HR professionals.
