Organisations are rapidly evolving to compete successfully in a changing world. Challenges vary including fragile economic growth, a polarised labour market, increasingly diverse workforce and a growing number of people in low skilled, low paid, insecure roles.
For organisations to be successful, people functions will need to be agile, business savvy, collaborative and skilled at enabling people to fulfil the organisation’s purpose. This requires re-imagining HR’s value proposition and its role towards individuals and the whole system.
Our HR Leaders Programme is aimed at senior HR professionals who relish and may be already addressing these and other strategic challenges. The programme is deliberately agile, with content chosen by participants. It may include ‘classic’ topics such as culture change, employee engagement, talent management, as well as ‘hot topics’ such as physical and psychological wellbeing, talent and the generations, the demise of conventional performance management, ethical leadership, digital HR, and the implications of Brexit.
The programme is also highly practical, involving ‘real-play’ at influencing senior stakeholders about your strategic responses to these topics. Throughout the programme you will be supported and challenged by your experienced facilitators and fellow participants to apply your learning to your own HR leadership and your organisation.
Our HR Leaders Programme consists of a two day module plus two one day follow ups.
