With 20 years of experience working within executive education, higher education, sport, local government sectors and in multiple corporate arenas, Arlene is a highly qualified facilitator, programme designer, coach, consultant and researcher. In 2022, Arlene was appointed as Roffey Park’s Chief Executive Officer.

Roy Clarke

Programme Director – Roffey Park

Roy is an experienced and experiential Learning and Development professional with
strong consultative skills enhanced by substantial knowledge of Human Resources
management, and career development. He is a confident and experienced facilitator with an intuitive and engaging style of delivery. He has successfully applied his ability to motivate, enthuse and build the capacity of others across a range of diverse cultures.

Matt Winter

Culture Consultant and Coach

In 2021, Matt started the Roffey Park MSc in People and Organisational Development and has since moved on from the world of education. For the past 18 months he has worked as a culture and social impact consultant working with businesses, charities and not-for-profits. In time he would like to work with leadership teams in schools as well.
