Jackie Brown

Jackie is a facilitator and programme director with extensive experience services private sector cultural change initiatives.Before joining Roffey Park, she worked as the Global Learning and Development Manager for a professional services firm, running a global function from Ireland. Her department offered both advisory and education services to a variety of business lines who each had unique needs. Jacqueline enjoys supporting groups to develop the insight and abilities needed so that they can become high performing teams in their area of expertise. She enjoys working with clients who have complex problems to solve and can help them articulate their vision, set the pace and delivery on time. She comes with a strong strategy and business planning background which is complimented by her formal education in adult learning so that she can create meaning interventions supporting complex workplaces.

Andy Firth

BA (Hons), PGDip, NVQ4

Andy has nine years’ experience working with leaders and staff from board to front line in public and private sector organisations. His work encompasses a wide range of people development, including consultancy, training, coaching and facilitation and at Roffey Park he is Director of the Practical Facilitation Skills and Advanced Facilitation Skills programmes. He has been extensively involved in a number of assessment/development centre and 360° feedback projects, as well as supervising student coaches studying for a diploma. Andy holds an NVQ4 in executive coaching and a PGDip in customer management. Before joining Roffey Park he spent several years honing his skills at one of Britain’s leading small consultancies. His background is in hospitality, as an acquisitions manager for a brewery. Helping people to be more effective through their becoming more responsible for their own situation is a particular passion for Andy.

Alison MacDonald

Alison joined Roffey Park early 2019 having come from a Global Talent Development and Outplacement firm where she most recently managed the Sales, Operations and Delivery of their services in Scotland.  Alison’s background was in HR and in-house recruitment working for multinational companies.  She then moved to a Client Manager role and has since spent 14 years as a trusted partner to client organisations who are looking to develop their people, and in turn their business performance. Alison’s approach to working with clients is one based on trust, confidence and sustainability.  She provides a professional proactive service to her clients, offering timely and creative solutions and her most recent client organisations have been within Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Public Sector, Healthcare, Technology and FMCG. Alison has a BSc in Psychology and has a passion for people, helping them to realise their potential through personal development.

Jo Russell

Jo has more than 25 years’ experience working at a senior level as a Client Manager with expertise within Leadership and Management, Organisational Development and HR. Working with several global clients, Jo supports organisations going through change and creates solutions to their business performance issues. She has an insightful approach to finding challenges within the client’s structure relating to organisational development needs, and then pragmatically delivers a solution, with a keen eye on the design and project management needed. She has worked with several large organisations including Deutsche Bank, T-Mobile, TNT, TDG, Pret A Manger, Astra Zeneca, Sheraton Hotels, Rockwell Automation, Countrywide Assurance, RAC, HBOS, Barclays Bank, RAC, Camelot, Palmer & Harvey, Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service, developing and orchestrating solutions.
