Julio Olalla is the founder and president of The Newfield Network, an international education and coaching company.  He is an international educator, keynote speaker and master certified coach. Julio and his team of master coaches have worked directly with thousands of people in nine different countries.  They have found that the stresses and demands of modern life are global and that most people are looking for guidance in the art of creating more effective action and meaning for themselves.  One without the other is insufficient. Julio is a masterful speaker, having addressed large audiences in London, Argentina, Canada, Switzerland and the United States on the topics of leadership, organisational learning, education and coaching.  He is regarded as one of the founders of the coaching profession. Originally trained as a lawyer in Chile, Julio now lives in Colorado.  His clients have included Citibank, CIA, Nike, Telecom Argentina, NASA and the World Bank to name a few.
