 Our research

The aim of our research is to benefit people in organisational life at all levels and supports our core purpose of creating enlightenment at work.

Research is at the heart of Roffey Park and enables us to be a leading authority on human nature at work and its impact on organisations.  We use our own research and theory to enhance learning on our programmes, always ensuring it is clear, practical and relevant.  Research plays a vital role in building our ability to deliver the solutions that our clients expect and enhances our reputation as a thought leader in the people side of work.

Our findings and new insights are disseminated through:

There is an open invitation for organisations to research with us into topics or issues of mutual interest and concern.  We are also keen to involve individual managers and leaders in giving views on key issues in the workplace.  In return for such involvement, you will benefit from a summary of key findings and new thinking that may bring you the edge you are looking for.

In January 2008, the United Nations invited business schools and centres of executive and management development to sign up to 6 Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) and Roffey Park was one of the founding signatories to this.
