 Essential skills for management

The Essential Managerial Toolkit

At the core of this programme is the belief that each of us can manage and lead others in a way that is unique to us. The first step is to develop a clear picture of existing preferences, style and behaviours. This is achieved through the use of questionnaires, feedback from others, self-reflection and attentive coaching from our tutors.

Armed with this increased awareness, participants are then exposed to a wide range of models, theories and ideas on key aspects of managing themselves and others, with plenty of opportunity to practice this during the programme.

Why should you attend this programme?
