 Interpersonal Relationships in Organisations

Getting the most out of your relationships at work

To get things done in the increasing complexity and uncertainty of organisational life, we all need great interpersonal skills to build effective relationships and successfully engage others.  Our ability to do so is influenced by the beliefs, attitudes and patterns of behaviour that shape our interactions with others.

This is a very different and challenging programme which has a high impact on those who attend. Participants use their interaction with other participants as the key source of learning. It combines a tried and tested design, highly topical and relevant content and a rigorous learning approach.
