A unique opportunity to learn and to share
Operating as an OD practitioner can be a lonely place. The successful OD consultant or adviser works at the edge of the system, seeking to be part of and not part of the system at the same time. Taking this precarious and ambiguous position presents the OD practitioner with dilemmas that raise questions it is sometimes difficult to address without a third voice.
This highly practical day is designed for just that - to be that third voice where you can share your dilemmas, gain insights from our Consultants and fellow participants who have shared similar issues that can guide and influence your approach. The event is participant inspired, learner led, and personally focused.
Designed as a workshop that incorporates exclusive personal time with one of Roffey Park’s OD Consultants and group work using a format based on an Open Space, the day will provide participants with a mixture of space to talk, opportunities to explore, individual coaching on challenging personal issues in OD, learning from other participants via Open Space and Poster Presentations, and re-connection with other alumni from previous Roffey Park programmes.
The workshop is designed for anyone who has attended our previous OD events, masterclasses, programme or qualifications. If you have not been to Roffey Park before, please contact the Programme Director before booking to ensure that you get the most out of the experience.
Who should attend this programme?
The OD Clinic is aimed at OD or HR practitioners with an OD interest or responsibility. It is ideal as a follow-up to anyone who has previously attended our programmes, qualifications or events and wants to continue their learning journey with us.
