A practitioner programme for internal or external consultants

This programme is built around the consultancy cycle as a practical tool for managing internal or external clients throughout the delivery of a project. Participants will learn how to gain rapport and credibility quickly and be more influential with key stakeholders/clients within the organisation. Participants will also learn how to get client ‘buy in’ to their recommendations for the implementation of projects.
