Roffey Park provides coaching to individuals at all levels in different roles in a wide variety of organisational settings. Coaching can be the best development solution for a single person or can be provided to multiple coachees simultaneously as part of wider organisational intervention.
Individual coaching is an extremely effective process to provide support for key individuals in a wide range of business circumstances, for instance:
- when the organisation is experiencing major change.
- when an individual is newly appointed to a role or assigned a key project.
- for those with high potential or in key roles.
- where there are specific performance improvement objectives to be achieved.
- when an individual faces major career or life decisions.
- when an individual is in career transition.
Our approach to coaching is flexible and coachee centred. We aim to facilitate deep-seated personal learning and increase self-awareness. We focus on the individual, both at work and in their wider lives.
We believe it is critically important that we find the right coach for you and will offer you options based on our evaluation of your needs and style and our knowledge of our coaches. Coach and coachee will discuss and agree objectives, outcomes and a process at the outset of the programme. We use a variety of models and approaches, both directive and non-directive, to meet the coachee needs as they emerge.
Our coaches are all highly experienced and skilled and possess qualifications relevant to the coaching development process.
Our coaching services can be commissioned in a number of ways. We prefer to contract for a series of sessions. A typical coaching programme might involve six sessions of 90 minutes over a four to six month period. The sessions can be held at Roffey Park or on client premises. If the latter, it is important that the coachee can feel free from normal operational pressures. We can also offer telephone coaching.
