Team Resilience Full Report

Across many organisations, teams constantly have to grapple with complex tasks and ambiguous situations. Teams in the public sector (and beyond) face a multitude of challenges in their day-to-day work and are still required to be functional at a high level amidst intense stress. This report delves more deeply into team resilience in the public sector and draws out the key themes which form the framework for team resilience. An extensive literature review was done, which was followed by interviews with some teams in the public sector.  The data resulted in a proposed framework that could potentially be of use to teams both in the public sector and in private organisations.
