So what is it about Roffey Park’s programmes that make them different from others?

Our programmes are:

  • Focused on you – not only will you gain new skills and knowledge but you will leave with a better understanding of yourself and your impact on others. Our ratio of 6 participants to 1 tutor means you get individual attention.
  • Tailored – we work with you to ensure you get what you want, mixing workshops, theory, experiential learning and one-to-one coaching sessions.
  • Practical – as well as providing you with models or frameworks we will also encourage you to ask “so what?” so you can apply the learning to your own situation.
  • Transforming – we create a safe and confidential space where you can experiment with different choices and take appropriate risks which can result in transformational learning.
  • Interactive – our programmes are facilitative ensuring you receive both support, challenge and feedback from our tutors and your peers.

Learning is much more than just attending a programme. Recent research has demonstrated the importance of follow-up activity to embed the learning and create business benefits, which is why we will:

  • Give gentle prompts to act on personal commitments made at the end of your programme
  • Keep you informed with regular reminders and updates relevant to the programme you attended
  • Offer 1:1 coaching support after each of our programmes
  • Provide 3 months free membership of our Learning Resource Centre
  • Run an annual Refresh Conference which is open to all participants past and present, designed to reinvigorate and continue your learning
  • Encourage practical action planning at the end of each programme
  • Provide opportunities to attend one day workshops and conferences to keep you in the habit of learning

If you have a large number of managers who would benefit from one of our programmes then running one of these programmes in-house might be a more cost effective option.
