- Interactive – our programmes are facilitative ensuring you receive both support, challenge and feedback from our tutors and your peers.
Learning is much more than just attending a programme. Recent research has demonstrated the importance of follow-up activity to embed the learning and create business benefits, which is why we will:
- Give gentle prompts to act on personal commitments made at the end of your programme
- Keep you informed with regular reminders and updates relevant to the programme you attended
- Offer 1:1 coaching support after each of our programmes
- Provide 3 months free membership of our Learning Resource Centre
- Run an annual Refresh Conference which is open to all participants past and present, designed to reinvigorate and continue your learning
- Encourage practical action planning at the end of each programme
- Provide opportunities to attend one day workshops and conferences to keep you in the habit of learning

If you have a large number of managers who would benefit from one of our programmes then running one of these programmes in-house might be a more cost effective option.
