Roffey Park’s annual survey – The Management Agenda – is
now widely recognised as one of the most important indicators of workplace
trends in the UK. The aim of the research is to establish the issues and
challenges that today’s managers are facing in the workplace and to disseminate
the findings widely to influence employment and organisational policy. This
year's survey explores topics such as coping with the current economic climate,
organisational change, engagement, well-being at work, performance and people
management, leadership and corporate responsibility.

How do you take part?
As a manager, we would greatly appreciate a few moments of your time to share
your views and experience with us. Simply click on the button below and complete
the online survey. All the answers you give will be collated with those of other
managers into a report. No individual or organisation will be identifiable in
the report.

Terms and Conditions
- Completed surveys received by Roffey Park between 1 July and 10 September will be entered into the prize draw unless they have opted out. Only one entry per email address will be allowed.
- The prize is an Apple iPad with Wi-Fi 16GB. No cash alternative will be offered.
- The winner will be notified by 30 September 2010 and the name of the winner will be available on request by emailing research@roffeypark.com
- Employees and associates of Roffey Park Institute will be excluded from the prize draw
