
Annette Sinclair MSc, BA Senior Researcher
Annette Sinclair MSc, BA - Senior ResearcherAnnette has a degree in Social Psychology from the School of African and Asian Studies at the University of Sussex and a Masters degree in Advanced Social Research Methods and Statistics at City University (passed with distinction). Annette has been involved in researching issues within organisations, conducting employee opinion surveys and diversity audits, identifying organisational development priorities, evaluating HR initiatives and leadership programmes and promoting well being in teams. She conducted the CIPD's 2003 Recruitment and Retention Survey and has been involved in a variety of research projects including, Building Global Leadership, How to Manage Virtual Teams and The Role of Executive MBAs in Organisations. Annette also provides training and advice on research methods and data analysis for a range of programmes and clients. 
Dilip Boury MSc, PGDip, BA (Joint Hons) Assistant Researcher
Dilip has a degree in Joint Social Sciences (Psychology and Politics) from Leeds Metropolitan University. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from The University of Nottingham. Dilip has used a range of research methods for investigating topics as diverse as Constructions of Occupational Psychology, Mental Health Policy Analysis and Attention. Dilip also worked for Ventura (Next plc) where he researched, designed and implemented a framework for the training and accreditation of Sales Executives. His experiences means that he can conduct organisational research using a wide range of scientific traditions in a way that is both rigorous and practically applicable. He is passionate about demonstrating how research can be used to both increase productivity and improve quality of life for members of organisations and wider society. |
