Business Development and Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced individual to work with and support the Business Development Manager and the Marketing Manager in the UK. In this role, you will
- need experience of supporting marketing and business development campaigns.
- need experience of working effectively with CRM/ marketing systems and databases.
- possess a high level of tact, diplomacy and influencing skills, communicating confidently and persuasively at all levels, verbally and in writing.
- have a flexible, customer-focused approach.
- be a self starter, well organised and a good time manager.
- have high levels of attention to detail.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for enquiries both via the telephone and the web. From this you will maintain our CRM database and nurture enquiries, converting these lead opportunities to sales. You will be responsible for managing the ‘prospect’ area of our database and identifying potential leads. You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Managers to create follow up plans for campaigns, you will then be responsible for carrying out the plans, monitoring and tracking responses.
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining sufficient stocks of marketing materials, and will assist with the administration, organisation and follow-up of Roffey Park events and exhibitions.
We are looking for someone to show initiative and a pro-active attitude in business development, confident in securing appointments for our consultants and working with our consultant team to support their business development activities.
This role forms part of a small team and you will need a flexible attitude, willing to take on additional tasks and ad-hoc projects and to provide cover for others when required.
