We are expanding our consultant team and are recruiting for full-time Consultants and Senior Consultants with an emphasis on business development.  You will:

  • be an exceptional facilitator with a passion for people and organisational development
  • have excellent relationship building, communication and influencing skills
  • be naturally collaborative, supportive and open to constructive challenges
  • share our values and charitable purpose to improve the well-being of people at work

For a Consultant role, you should be eager to develop your skills in order to progress to a Senior Consultant role.

For a Senior Consultant role, you should be able to evidence a sustained performance in generating business revenue, client management and delivery of development programmes.

You will be based at our Head Office in Sussex but will have the opportunity to work across the UK and globally including in our office in Singapore.
