Substitute Participant

There is no fee for substituting one participant for another provided the substitute is suitable, Roffey Park is advised in advance, a new nomination form and preparation work completed.

Non attendance

We are not able to make a refund for non attendance. The fee including catering and accommodation is due in full.

Cancellation

2 weeks or less = 100% of fees
More than 2 weeks and less than 6 weeks = 75% of fees
6 weeks or more = Full refund

Transfer

Development Programmes: within the six-week period before the start of a programme, we are unable to transfer a booking to a later programme free of charge, as it is seldom possible to arrange the attendance of a replacement. Transferring a confirmed booking within 2-6 weeks notice period can be arranged on payment of the full fee plus a transfer charge of 30%. Transfer within 2 weeks of the programme start date will be subject to the full 100% cancellation charge. Withdrawal or transfer of a subsequent booking at any time will result in the full cancellation charge.

Events: We are unable to transfer bookings from one event to another.

Fee Payment

Invoices are dispatched approximately 6 weeks before the start of an event or programme and are due payable in 30 days. Where a booking is made less than 30 days prior to the programme start date then payment must be made before commencement of the programme. If applicable, please ensure a purchase order is provided.

Roffey Park can support a variety of payment methods, please contact the Finance team at accounts@roffeypark.com  for further information and support. Please be aware that payments made by credit card will incur a charge of 2.5% of the total of your invoice.
