-
Participants on Roffey Park’s In-Company (Bespoke) Programmes (in accordance with contractual arrangements)

Also:

- Certain groups and/or individuals as identified by Roffey Park consultants
- Roffey Park staff.
- Roffey Park clients hiring seminar rooms, attendees of Roffey Park conferences and seminars and visitors to Roffey Park, may use the LRC in a reference only capacity.
Visits to the LRC by subscribing members must be by appointment in advance and take place during the hours the LRC is staffed - 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The LRC is open 24 hours a day to participants on residential programmes.
Lending facilities: LRC items may be posted out, on request, to addresses within the UK. LRC items are lent for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Should an item not be returned at the end of this time, or the agreed alternative lending period, the LRC staff may, at their discretion, issue notices to the borrower reminding them of the agreement. At all times it remains the responsibility of the borrower to return the items lent to them, and non-receipt of any overdue notices does not permit the borrower to retain the item beyond the agreed period. A borrower may “renew” the period of the loan at any time within the original 30-day or agreed period, providing the item is not required elsewhere. Failure to return material will result in charges being levied for the return or replacement of the material and may include administration fees. Invoices raised to meet such charges must be paid within 30 days. Should the invoice remain unpaid, the lost item will be treated as theft and use of the LRC will be permanently revoked.
Special Requests Service: the LRC reserves the right to charge an administration fee for high value or expensive items, or for a large volume of requests. Copies obtained for commercial purposes will attract a royalty fee of £9.00 inclusive of VAT. This fee is paid to the Copyright Licensing Agency and is not retained by Roffey Park.
Subscribing members are welcome to use the lounge areas for relaxation, and take tea and coffee in these areas as part of their LRC visit. While the lounge areas are not available for use as formal meeting areas, members are welcome to book Roffey Park seminar rooms for this purpose via the Bookings Department on 01293 851644. Subscribing members’ access to other Roffey Park facilities is only available at the time of visiting the LRC and remains subject to Roffey Park’s terms of use.
Subscription fees: Payment is by an annual fee and fees must be paid before use of the LRC commences. Payment may be made by BACS, credit/debit card, cheque or cash. Alternatively, the LRC can provide an invoice. Use of the Internet via LRC public-access computers is entirely at the risk of users. Use of all LRC facilities is subject to the above terms & conditions and to the Copyright Act and successive Copyright legislation. LRC staff reserve the right to decline service and/or access to the LRC and the facilities at their discretion.
